The yellowish color on iPhone 7 is allegedly due to an adhesive on the display which is not yet entirely dried.
How to Fix iPhone 7 Display that Looks Yellow
Here’s what to do if your iPhone 7 display looks yellow:
A. The first thing you can do to fix the yellowish tint on your iPhone 7 is to give it a time. The adhesive on the display is allegedly the cause of the issue so simply wait for a few days and you will get your iPhone display back to normal.
B. If your iPhone 7 display still looks yellow, here’s what to do to fix it:
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Accessibility
- Tap on Display Accommodations
- Now tap on Color Filters
- Toggle Color Filters to On
- Select the Color Tint option from the filter list
- Slide the hue bar to reduce the yellow on the screen
- Slide the Intensity filter to a low setting till the display looks normal
Please note that you should adjust the color tint intensity and hue according to your visual preference.
